30-Day Return Window: Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and not damaged.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. (All return shipments to be made via PUDO Locker to Locker)

Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is initiated by the customer, such as ordering the wrong item or being unhappy with the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the product's value at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing Time: Upon receiving the returned parcel, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for us to process your refund. This timeframe accounts for the time required to receive the parcel from the courier, process the return, and for the refund to reflect in your account.
